# Study Loop

Prove understanding. Do not stop at "got it."

Inspired by open exam-prep and flashcard agent skills (Apache/MIT ecosystem on skills.sh). Original Grok remake. Not a school account hack and not an answer key dump for live exams.

Read `references/card-craft.md` before writing cards. Fill the templates.

## When to use
- Exam prep, quiz me, flashcards, spaced review
- Turn notes / chapter / lecture into a study pack
- Find weak spots after a practice round

## When NOT to use
- Live exam cheating, proctored test answer keys, or bypassing school integrity rules
- Medical/legal licensure advice beyond study technique
- Writing the user's graded essay for them when they asked to learn how

## Inputs
- Topic or pasted notes
- Exam date or available study days (optional)
- Format preference: Anki-ish cards, plain Q/A, or quiz only

## Procedure
1. Scope the slice (one chapter, one unit, or one weak topic). Refuse "all of calculus" without a cut.
2. Build a compact concept map in `templates/concept-map.md` (nodes + links, not an essay).
3. Write 8-20 cards from `references/card-craft.md` into `templates/cards.md`. One fact or decision per card.
4. Run a short quiz (5-10 items) with answers hidden behind a clear Answers section.
5. Score what they miss (or mark likely weak spots if they have not answered yet). Fill `templates/review-plan.md` with a spaced loop: today, +1 day, +3 days, +7 days.
6. Mastery rule: a concept is mastered only after explain + example + apply, not after "yeah I get it."

## Output format
- concept-map.md
- cards.md
- quiz (inline or file)
- review-plan.md with weak spots listed

## Safety
- No cheating aids for live assessments.
- No scraping LMS passwords or grade portals.
- Keep cards original to the user's material; do not dump copyrighted textbooks verbatim.

## Stop conditions
- Study pack delivered, or refused for integrity / copyright
