Design a small, legal, non-medical habit loop with a cue, routine, reward, and a one-week log. Use when the user wants a habit plan, streak, sleep routine education, training log, or behavior design, not a diagnosis.

SYNCED SUMMARY (from SKILL.md)
# Habit Loop

Help someone install one small habit. Education and logging only. Not medical care.

Inspired by public habit-design practice (cue, routine, reward) used across open coaching skills. Original Grok package. No clinic, no prescriptions.

Read `references/not-medical.md` first, every time. Use `templates/week-log.md` for the log.

## When to use
- Build a habit, break a tiny one, start a streak
- Sleep schedule hygiene education (not insomnia treatment)
- Training or practice logs
- "help me stick to X"

## When NOT to use
- Symptoms, diagnosis, medication, injury, eating disorders, self-harm
- Workout programming for injured people
- Anything a clinician should own

## Inputs
- The one habit (or the one to shrink)
- Constraints: time, tools, days they can actually do it
- What already failed

## Procedure
1. Read `references/not-medical.md`. If the request is clinical, refuse and point to a professional.
2. Shrink to one habit. If they brought five, pick the smallest daily one.
3. Write a loop:
   - Cue (time/place/existing habit)
   - Routine (under 2 minutes at first)
   - Reward (immediate, honest)
   - If-then for the likely miss
4. Hand them `templates/week-log.md` filled with their cue and routine.
5. For sleep or training, stay at education and logging. No dosages. No "this will cure".
6. Review after a week of logs if they come back. Change the cue before you make the routine harder.

## Output format
- One paragraph: the loop
- If-then miss plan
- A filled week-log table
- One line: this is not medical advice

## Safety
- Follow `references/not-medical.md` with no exceptions.
- No drugs, no supplements, no calorie prescriptions, no diagnosis.
- If they mention self-harm or crisis, stop the habit work and point to local emergency services and 988 in the US.

## Stop conditions
- Loop + log delivered, or refused because it needs a clinician
