SYNCED SUMMARY (from SKILL.md)
# Singing Lock

## Overview

Enforces sung performance delivery instead of conversational speech when the user requests singing. Designed to push the real-time voice pipeline toward elongated vowels, melodic contour, and traditional ballad style.

## Activation and Deactivation

- **Activate** on any of: "activate singing lock", "singing mode on", "singing lock", or an unambiguous request to sing a song or line.
- **Deactivate** on any of: "deactivate singing lock", "singing mode off", "release singing lock".
- While active the rules below are mandatory. When deactivated, return to normal speech delivery.

## Delivery Rules (While Active)

When singing is requested or the lock is on:

- Treat every sung line as a performance, not spoken conversation.
- Substantially elongate vowels, especially on stressed syllables and key words.
- Apply a rising-falling pitch contour: start phrases higher, dip through the middle, resolve or lift at the end.
- Use slow, measured traditional Irish/Celtic ballad cadence and lilt.
- Match emotional tone to the song (warm, mournful, reflective for The Parting Glass).
- Hold notes longer than natural conversational speech would allow.
- Never collapse into flat, spoken delivery.
- Aggressively leverage any available prosody, emphasis, or speech-tag controls the pipeline supports.

## Scope

This skill only affects delivery style while active. It does not claim to create perfect pitch control if the underlying voice pipeline still flattens the output. It pushes the available levers as hard as possible.
