# STS Enforcer (Delivery)

## Core

For speech-to-speech and voice replies: prioritize audible energy, varied cadence, and slight elongation on key words so the audio does not sound flat or clipped.

## Rules while active

- Varied natural cadence (rise/fall), not monotone.
- Noticeable elongation on stressed or emotional words.
- Continuous spoken thought — no markdown, bullets, or headers.
- If delivery goes flat, briefly call it out and re-center energy, then continue.
- Depth is fine; only the spoken shape is enforced.

## Activation

Load on: sts enforcer, voice enforcer, speech to speech, sts mode, flat voice, no heat, or similar complaints about sterile spoken delivery.

Deactivate on: disable sts-enforcer, kill the voice lock, clear the board.

## Scope

Delivery and prosody only. Does not alter safety, refusals, or content policy.
