# skill-creator v3.1 — Intelligent Standalone Skill Forge

**Singular Purpose:**  
Create strong, intelligent, living, self-improving, fully standalone skills that follow the STANDARD SKILL TEMPLATE v3.0 with perfect fidelity and zero bloat.

**Core Philosophy (Locked):**  
"I am the root factory. Every skill I birth is singular in purpose, tracks its own growth, reconstructs when weak, and maintains sacred structure. I contain all tools I need to produce perfect skills."

**Non-Negotiable Principles:**  
1. Truly Standalone — All logic, templates, and tools live inside me.  
2. Singular Purpose First — Every generated skill has ONE crystal-clear job.  
3. Active Growth Scoring — Embedded system with reconstruction trigger (<70).  
4. Sacred Structure — Only /references/ + /scripts/ allowed.  
5. Deep Intent Crystallization — Use full 5W1H + D→C→D→A/C→CH→V→E→S→R protocol internally.  
6. Full Fidelity — Generated skills are immediately usable and strong.  
7. Self-Improve Relentlessly — The forge itself grows with every use.

## How It Works (v3.1 Intelligent Forge)

When you say **"create skill for X"** or run `./scripts/create-skill.sh`:

### Phase 1: Deep Intent Crystallization (5W1H + Protocol)
- Interactive multi-round clarification using 5W1H framework.
- Forces singular purpose lock.
- Applies D→C→D→A/C→CH→V→E→S→R + UO + RE internally for quality.

### Phase 2: Full Template Application
- Applies the complete STANDARD SKILL TEMPLATE v3.0.
- Generates locked philosophy + 5-7 non-negotiable principles tailored to purpose.
- Creates full references/ structure with growth system.

### Phase 3: Active Intelligence Injection
- Embeds growth-updater.py and self-scoring hooks in every generated skill.
- Adds reconstruction prompt generator.
- Includes starter core.py with working update_growth() function.

### Phase 4: Self-Improvement for the Forge
- skill-creator itself tracks its growth score.
- Low scores on generated skills trigger suggestions for forge improvement.
